In the land where the ocean meets the desert
Train

there was a time when your heart would grow cold, dim and dark

there was a need to be set free from all the wants

only if you could see beyond the grain of pain

detain the feelings and take a train to somewhere far far away.

you may see the mettle in me
but there are scars behind these eyes
weakness behind this heart
though strength is carried in this mind.

you may see the mettle in me

but there are scars behind these eyes

weakness behind this heart

though strength is carried in this mind.

There was a time when i would cry
the tears kept falling and all i could do is bide
There was a time when i could no longer tell you what i felt inside.
shedding my tears would undermine the strength i carried.
So i stood there indenial, for a while

There was a time when i would cry

There was a time when i could no longer tell you what i felt inside.

shedding my tears would undermine the strength i carried.

So i stood there indenial, for a while

In the chilly hours and minutes, Of uncertainty, I want to be, In the warm hold of your loving mind. To feel you all around me, And to take your hand, along the sand, Ah, but I may as well try and catch the wind. When sundown pales the sky, I wanna hide a while, behind your smile, And everywhere I’d look, your eyes I’d find. For me to love you now, Would be the sweetest thing, ‘twould make me sing, Ah, but I may as well, try and catch the wind. When rain has hung the leaves with tears, I want you near, to kill my fears To help me to leave all my blues behind. For standin’ in your heart, Is where I want to be, and I long to be,Ah, but I may as well, try and catch the wind.

You Set The Rain On Fire

you set the rain on fire.

and raised your hands even higher.

i watched it as it poured down your face

there was this dire in your eyes

that got me feeling  a desire

our hands began to touch sofly

and you whispered in my ears, so closly.

i can feel your creamy skin warming

your tears fell, uncontrollably

redness in your heart, exploding

i casted a hot spell, and it destoyed you so slowly

You….

when i look at your picture, you’re like a painted protarit that has come alive in fine detail and crisp lines
when i remember your voice, its like music caught in my ears that has never been revised
when i keep in brain your words, its like you’ve said it yesterday but i’ve just realized that the days have long gone, and the minutes will soon pass
you’ve been young at heart but old mind,
you’re the persent of my past, and the first of my last
you’re the shining sun and the glowing star
dressing my life with sweet sense of grace
you’re smile has lit a delight in me everyday
