Alot of former Christians currently atheists have scientific beliefs and they deny the exists of god. The main problem is based upon the modern day science. Science wasn’t found out of the blue, it’s origins is religion which includes Islam and Christianity. Science wasn’t like the “big bang” it started by the word of God. If it wasn’t for the Quran or Bible i don’t think people would even know anything about science because the Quran and Bible mainly first inspired humans to look at the creation of God from a much closer angle. To see that the birds just didn’t fly, and clouds just didn’t rain, the stars just didn’t cover the sky nor did the mountains just stand. They all have a purpose just like humans. It’s not that i’m 100% against science but rather if science would stop using the creation of god to prove that god doesn’t exist it would really make alot more sense.
